Was there a specific design decision behind having magic items that set Str, Con, and Int to 19 but not one for the other three? Additionally, what was the process for deciding the Con one should be rare rather than uncommon like the other two? Don’t think we necessarily had items for the other stats that were as iconic or memorable across all editions. Con is good for all classes, so rarer than others.
