Psst, hey Mike: since you’re taking a hiatus from psionics to work on Monsters, lemme just try and reinforce your subconscious by reminding you: you should totally make Soul Knife/Blade a cantrip/talent, rather than something exclusive to a monk subclass I know that’s tempting, but imo making eldritch blast a list accessible cantrip was a mistake

Oh, didn’t occur to me, does Soul Knife do “weapon” damage, or force/psychic damage? I suppose as a cantrip changing the damage type of weapon attacks is a lot stronger than just always having a magic weapon for bypassing common damage resistance. Hmm. I’m writing it as your choice of psychic or slashing; it’ll be magical in any case
