Hey @mikemearls if a Beholder is on a boat that is moving can it "hover" relative to the moving boat without spending movement or does it have to rope itself to the ship like a really angry balloon?

It hovers along with the boat. Same reason why when it hovers off the ground, the world doesn’t spin below it at some godly speed.
