My PCs found a Ring of Mind Shielding last session. It was originally intended as part of a gift for an ambassador from Valenar. Nobody has put it on yet. Toying with the idea that there is a Tirnadal soul in the ring. Would this go against their beliefs? Well, it's strongly within the beliefs of the AERENI elves; this is essentially an Aereni "spirit idol," holding the spirit of the departed. So I'd see it as likely being MADE in Aerenal. However, I don't see a Tairnadal having an objection to using it; it beats being dead.
