How often do your TTRPG characters have grandkids?

I have played both the grandmother And the granddaughter in a halfling family. Grandmother was a fighter, granddaughter was a scout. They turned out to be two of my favorite characters ever, and their relationship makes me so happy.

I played a 350-year-old dwarf who had 2 grandchildren and 1 living daughter, but several of his children had been killed in the fall of their ancestral stronghold… It helped that I was playing with my daughter and several people just a few years older than her.
