Mage hand yes, unseen servant no (u-s can hold a scroll flat or spell book open).
Metagame: don't allow anything that lets the wizard character do something else (especially magical) while crafting scrolls or writing spells.

The character that caused this question is a satyr wizard who is basically doing so much research into their spells that they don’t have enough hands to do things so they would use a combo of U-S and mage hand to dictate their notes into their spellbook while using their hands to Flip through their notes or other library books their using
