hey Keith, are manifest zones always going to be stationary parts of the land, or could it be that they are attached to an item or person? Normally, manifest zones are stationary. However, the Kar’lassa in Exploring Eberron are (epic) living creatures that radiate the effects of manifest zones. So it’s POSSIBLE.
