Quick question: are the +2 to AC from Dwarven Plate and the +3 attack bonus from the Dwarven Thrower already included in the stats or do I need to add them manually? Are you using a digital tool or character sheet of some kind?

Right! So this should be accounted for in your sheet. You can check by looking at your attack bonus with the weapon.
Strength modifier + proficiency bonus is the base calculation. If the listed bonus for the weapon is higher, the magic is factored in!

Make sure you have the items attuned, otherwise they won’t be factored in. So the dwarven plate having a 20 AC would account for the magical +2 since regular plate is 18 AC?
