The PHB indicates that some gods are worshipped on multiple worlds within the D&D multiverse, but also says every world has its own pantheon (p.293). Simple question: are the deities all aware of each other? Do the FR gods know the Eberron gods exist? Some do, but gods are typically too embroiled in their own obsessions to pay much mind to things beyond their immediate concern.
