I have been told by many that the Harpers are against technological advancement due to the effect it would have in tipping the scales of power. Is this true? I can’t seem to find that stance in writing anywhere. The Harpers are against MONOPOLISTIC tech advances where only one ruler or group has the benefit, and uses it to conquer/oppress.
