are their plans to add in any official rapier alternatives? I’m currently in a party with 4/5 rapier users across five different classes. It’s making things kinda boring when describing combat flow. #DnDParty is rogue, fighter, blade warlock, cleric and Ranger. I'm the Rogue and I'm actually swapping down a dice size to a short sword because I'm bored of 'I stab with my rapier' dual wielding short swords not massively attractive as an arcane trickster who makes use of bonus actn

Huh, not a common problem I’ve seen. Best bet would be to reskin a few weapons that might also fit that profile.

Any examples? Pretty much everything is accounted for but rapier is unique as a D8 dex finesse weapon. I ended up having to compromise because fighter went duelist, bladelock multiclassed swashbuckler so a Dex build was advantageous and the ranger picked it because her Dex was up I’d model almost every weapon from this scene as a d8 finesse weapon – https://t.co/oLYV5MzqQp

Oh, and I wouldn’t use a d10 two handed finesse weapon in the game (too easily cheesed), if everyone in your campaign is going finesse I’d open that up; that spear from the scene might be a good example
