Are there any ability requirements to multiclass into a Blood Hunter?

are there any ability requirements to multiclass into a Blood Hunter? And what proficiencies do you gain when multiclassing into it? It doesn’t specify on DDB as far as I can tell.All multiclassing notes for the Blood Hunter sit at the end of the document. 🙂
