are there clerics that worship all the gods? sort of like worshiping the whole of greek mythology etc? if i wanted to make a character like this, which subclass would be best served to represent belief in all the gods at the same time?

Cleric should work, probably using one of the more general domains like war, reskinned as a champion of the gods
