@ChrisPerkinsDnD On that note – Is there any penalty for a huge creature attempting to hit a diminutive creature? Or would this be handled in AC already?

It's handled by the target's AC. Dexterity and armor, not size, is key. Tiny creatures can be easy to hit (e.g., a slug). #WOTCstaff https://t.co/Onegm52Drp
