@pukunui81 The harpy’s Luring Song says the target “can” use a Dash action to move closer. Does that mean it doesn’t have to? #dnd5e The target of Luring Song can take the Dash action despite being incapacitated. And the target really wants to get to the harpy!

Modularity spells with care
@Uriah_StonePHB 203 all magic works the same way through study or deity, could a wizard pay to learn other spells from another class list? since spells of level x are balanced against each other, should be fine. Can cause wiz to step on other classes, if you care.
