Blood Hunter Curse of the Eyeless. How would this take effect for legendary action attacks?

It’s until the end of the turn, so this wouldn’t apply to LA attacks, which happen at the end of other creatures’ turns. It DOES apply to all attack during the turn, so a creature with multiattack would be effected on all of those attacks.
