Are they considered a single weapon (dueling) because they only take one crimson rite or two weapons (two weapon fighting) because of the bonus action attack? There is not, thus why the Improved Predatory strikes aids the unarmed attacks to make up for the fighting style. Lycan’s can still use weapons, however, and benefit from the fighting style.
