Paralyzed means you cannot take actions, speak, or move.

Can a Paralyzed sorcerer using Subtle Spell cast a spell since it no longer requires verbal or somatic components (assuming it has ample material components), or does the condition prevent it since it’s still an Action? Still incapacitated, meaning you can't take actions. Even purely mental/magical ones.
