Righto. So think of them as halflings (not hobbit style, more like 3e or 5e style) but they explicitly have no concept of ownership.
They don’t think they’re stealing, but they constantly just pick up whatever. People play too hard into that in a way that can be super annoying. It’s a written excuse for people who play the “steals from the party” rogue to do that way too much.
