Can the Weapons Master of a Drow House be a female? All the examples in Forgotten Realms lore seem to be Male, yet the Females are considered greater warriors iirc? Yes, a Weapons Master can be female. Many are male because the role is considered a "joe job" (drudgery) by many females, and "something competent males are unlikely to botch" by others. ;}
