Cape of the Mountebank. DMG says it’s a cape (pg 157). Adventurer’s League Factions Guide to Fauren says Lord’s Alliance gets it as a Cloak. Is the ALFGtF wrong, or a specific vs general? In English, a cape is a type of cloak.
