Vampires aren’t real
I’m halfway through my Curse of Strahd campaign and it says on Page 240 that Strahd is a vampire. That’s a typo, right? Like, Vampires aren’t real. They’re make believe.
Pretty big plot hole.@JeremyECrawford @katewelchhhh @mikemearls, will this be revised in future printings?

Sorry, we’ll get on that. Please replace all instances of “vampire” in the text with “quarrelsome antelope.” #wotcstaff https://t.co/Ky76Gs47SI

Want to learn more about the D&D multiverse?
Want to learn more about the D&D multiverse? It's a wondrous place of many worlds. See the following:
PLAYER'S HANDBOOK
"Worlds of Adventure," p. 5
"Gods of the Multiverse," p. 293
"The Planes of Existence," p. 300DUNGEON MASTER'S GUIDE
"Creating a Multiverse," p. 43 #DnD— Jeremy Crawford (@JeremyECrawford) July 23, 2018
I hope youre not pitching this as a replacement to a full on setting book… Many people don't know what's in the books they already own. Delving into that material is a great starting point.

Don’t forget Sigil. I could never forget Sigil, which gets its own section in the "Creating a Multiverse" section of the DMG.

Don’t forget Sigil.

Curious if Sigil is a thing in the current edition of D&D? Check out the section called "Sigil, City of Doors" in the "Dungeon Master's Guide" (p. 68). The Lady of Pain will be pleased if you read it. #DnD https://t.co/cLqA2xAJpu

How I calculate a Warforged barbarian AC with the race from Wayfinder’s Guide to Eberron?
@mikemearls @HellcowKeith a quick doubt: how I calculate a warforged barbarian AC with the race from Wayfinder’s Guide to Eberron: base 11 AC + dez bonus + con bonus + prof bonus? Thanks and congrats, the new book is awesome!
— George Bonfim (@Bravesword) July 24, 2018
The barbarian’s Unarmored Defense and the warforged Integrated Protection are two separate features that determine AC, so I’m afraid they don’t stack.

Mist goblin. Skin gives off a hallucinogen. Don’t get surrounded by ‘em. I’ll stat them up if you want.

What would be the most surprising thing currently in the Evermoors/Trollmoors?
(1/2) The huge stone castle that sunk, upright, in a bog. Entirely submerged, full of all of its belongings (incl.) treasure, plus (more recent) aquatic monsters. Sunk by a spell collapsing an Underdark cavern beneath it, by drow priestesses. Drow sentinels still posted near.
— Ed Greenwood (@TheEdVerse) August 4, 2018
(2/2) Powerful artifact walled into the castle still throbs with magic. They want it gone/want to master it, but don't know how. They'd love it if adventurers blundered in and freed the thing. Then they'd attack the adventurers, and seize it.
— Ed Greenwood (@TheEdVerse) August 4, 2018
Forgot to mention: faint road to the castle still visible, leading into the bog, and the drow sometimes cast spells (illusions of gem-heaped wagons being led along it, down into the bog, by humans) as lures to passing folk.

Has Khelben ever met Hesperdan, and if so what do they think about each other?
Hi once again. Hope your weekend was good. Expecting NDA, but hoping otherwise. Has Khelben ever met Hesperdan, and if so what do they think about each other? Heh. That IS NDA. Sorry.
That's one of the untold tales of the Realms. Untold so far, that is. It's written.— Ed Greenwood (@TheEdVerse) August 13, 2018
But I'll throw you a bone. Khelben and Hesperdan have met a LOT more times than Khelben realizes. ;}

“I never knew this door was here!”
1)
“I never knew this door was here!”
“Well, if ye had, it wouldn’t be a SECRET door, now would it?”
“But…but this must open into the closet at the back of the queen’s bedchamber!”
“Oh? And just how would ye know THAT, hmm?”#epic fantasy— Ed Greenwood (@TheEdVerse) July 7, 2018
2)
“OhmygodsohmygodsohOHoh—”
“Lad, we ALL know where ye’ve been going of nights, this last month. No secrets escape the old guardsmen in THIS castle.”
“But…but…”
“Why didn’t we stop ye? We’re OLD, lad. We needed the break.”#epic fantasy— Ed Greenwood (@TheEdVerse) July 7, 2018
