How much do you role with character background?
@rgroenin i wonder. The backgrounds of the characters. Who much do the players flesh out and how much do you do and they role with it? They wrote about a page of backstory, and I fleshed it out from there. Put in surprises for em. 😉

@TomasneedsagunWhat do you mean with ‘Put surprises in for ’em’? What did you add, and how did you add it without meddling with their ideas? Folks don't know everything about everyone they've ever met, or every place they've ever been..nor should PCs. Surprises. 😉

When do we get an adventure where we get to kill Elminster for good?
@NShannacappo @mikemearlsWhen do we get an adventure where we get to kill Elminster for good? As in kill him truly dead and make it canon? Elminster as canon fodder again? ;} One less low-hanging fruit to splatter? We couldn't do THAT. (Or could we?)

What are the mechanics to determine if a target catches fire or not?

What are the mechanics to determine if a target catches fire or not? (Breath weapon)— Mathew Michalak (@Trogaf) June 16, 2016
If a breath weapon or other effect sets stuff on fire, the rules text says so (see: fire elemental). https://t.co/bi8kV8lOdB
