@TadenRif can any spell be ended before its full duration by the caster or only concentration-based spells can be dismissed this way ?
I believe that the default is you can end a spell you cast on your turn, as long as you are able to act— (((Mike Mearls))) (@mikemearls) June 25, 2016

Why “fighter” and not “warrior” ?
@SwindxGM @mikemearlsJust a random curiosity: why “fighter” and not “warrior”?? It's been fighter for more than forty years. We weren't about to change it.
— Jeremy Crawford (@JeremyECrawford) June 11, 2016
@JeremyECrawford @SwindxGM yeah, it's also pretty unique to D&D. You see it elsewhere and think, "They took that from D&D!"
— (((Mike Mearls))) (@mikemearls) June 11, 2016
@DrPaedan @JeremyECrawford @SwindxGMDoesn’t it come from “Fighting men” from way back when in the 70s original D&D? yes

So DM must show his roll to player?— Draconis (@DerynDraconis) June 22, 2016
If a player character ability relies on knowing a monster's roll, a DM may say what the roll is or show it #DnD https://t.co/sMNJOZBoe8

Can swarms take opportunity attacks as their reach is 0ft?
@JeremyECrawford Came up in an @DnD_AdvLeague game. Can swarms take opportunity attacks as their reach is 0ft?
— Matt Jackson (@Mattwilljackson) June 6, 2016
A swarm's reach is the same as its space. Leave the space and trigger an opportunity attack. #DnD https://t.co/eoWd45vTbQ

Is there a Goliath sized two handed sword and what its stats would be?
@mikemearlsjust wondering if there is such a thing as a Goliath sized two handed sword and what its stats would be? also could a Goliath wield two handed human sized weapons in one hand for their normal damage??
— Derek Buhse (@derek_buhse) May 30, 2016
@derek_buhse goliaths are sized Medium, so they just used human-sized gear
— Mike Mearls (@mikemearls) May 30, 2016
@derek_buhse weapon size isn't a PC thing in 5 – I'd use a feat to bump damage due up by 1 and call it good

How do the shadowhunter bat’s stats look like for 5th edition?
@ChrisPerkinsDnD how do the shadowhunter bat's stats look like for 5th edition, mainly his flying speed and flyby attack?
— Samuel Hansen (@shadoWolf49) June 19, 2016
No need for Flyby Attack. Give its tail a 10-foot reach. It can lash out as it flies past a character. https://t.co/YAsKYYiEl0

Is there a lore reason behind lycanthropes having defined alignments?
@ChrisPerkinsDnD Is there a lore reason behind lycanthropes having defined alignments? Why are werewolves evil but werebears good?
— Wolfsung and Friends (@Ulrich_Wolfsung) June 21, 2016
That's part of their legacy dating back to 1st edition. That being said, you can have exceptions to the rule. https://t.co/1xku51Hjou
