@Jackaraia @JeremyECrawfordIs a trident considered a pole arm or essentially a three tipped spear? Asking for a friend 👀 i'd call it a spear

@chopkins779can you use Plane Shift to travel from one plane to the same plane? I.e. material plane to the material plane? first sentence of spell specifies different plane, but in my campaign I'd allow it

Spellcasting NPCs follow the multiclass spell slots, is in error?
@Wizards_DnD @mikemearlsI noticed most spellcasting NPCs follow the multiclass spell slots(PHB) but not all.Is that on purpose or in error? For example:Mummy Lord(10th-lvl) uses the slots for 11th-lvl. Acolyte(1st-lvl) uses 3 1st-level slots, not 2.

@PeanutButterDM @Wizards_DnD we generally follow progressions, but sometimes swap them up to fit monster design as needed.

Do the penalties stack?
@JeremyECrawford If two bards both use cutting words on the same attack roll, do the penalties stack?
— Jameson Coase (@JamesonCoase) June 6, 2016
Penalties from the same feature don't stack. Only the biggest penalty applies. #DnD https://t.co/38HR5bOO7O

Replacing the 10 in AC calculation with 1d20
@VNarvek @JeremyECrawfordReplacing the 10 in AC calculation with 1d20 – pushing too far, or good for showing the chaos of battlefield? introduces a lot of chaos, and likely makes things go on a bit longer. worse for the PCs in the long run
