@JeremyECrawford hi Jeremy, I play a fighter battlemaster. There is one maneuver that puzzles me: evasive footwok. How does it work? by rules, expending a superiority die when you move, you get its result as a bonus to your AC untill you stop moving.

@lunchboxx1990Wording of shield master suggests you do not get the benefit if say a fireball is centered on you. Is this the case, or no? you still get the benefit – remember that a Medium creature is in a 5 x 5 space – room enough to dodge around a point
