@knlndrscan a druid/monk use the Martial Arts and Flurry of Blows while Wild Shaped? The Alter Self spell’s seems to suggested yes. depends on form – for instance, need hands & feet for monk flurry and martial arts. Alter self just alters, keeps your basic form.

Consequently how overcome max DC 30 Strength check (no prof bonus & no magic item)? impossible without boost of some kind
