DnD
Does Paladin Smith damage receives critical hit benefits ?
@msouza84Hi! One doubt: the Paladin Smith Dmg receives critical hit benefits ? Since you can use after the roll dice? Yes, a critical hit can benefit Divine Smite.

How to value paralysis and petrification when figuring a monster
@ChrisPerkinsDnD Can you please give insight into how to value paralysis, petrification, etc when figuring a monster's xp value?
— JestaKilla (@JestaKilla) February 6, 2016
Many factors to consider (e.g., duration, save DC). Being turned to stone is like being dropped to 0 hp instantly. https://t.co/yujKowXSUJ

Halfling Beastmaster riding on a Mastiff while Dual Wielding
@Afro_Nin @JeremyECrawfordGuys, help me: Halfling Beastmaster riding on a Mastiff while Dual Wielding … Lances… This can’t be RAI? not RAI unless lance is a light weapon
— Mike Mearls (@mikemearls) February 3, 2016
@Afro_Nin @Opreich @JeremyECrawfordyea you slap the dual wielder feat on and gg… lance needs some work in wording yeah, wording will stand for now but will get an examination in the future

Can a character killed by Sphere of Annihilation be brought back by a Wish?
@mikemearls Can a player killed by diving headfirst into a sphere of annihilation be brought back by a well timed Wish?
— Ryan Lowy (@AJustConspiracy) January 30, 2016
Yes, though perhaps not the character's gear. https://t.co/Azmk9OvUGC
— Mike Mearls (@mikemearls) January 30, 2016
@AJustConspiracyany mental effects? I can’t imagine a mind/soul handles the strain of existence to nonexistence to reexistence well. yeah, might be a good idea to add on a flaw or madness

D&D for family
@bthorneRunning family DND for my wife, 8 yr old girl, and 4 yr old son. Besides vast simplification, any advice? Rip off Disney plots? recognizable plots are good – keep it simple, too. Also, I'd go for a mix of puzzles and roleplay, less fighting. Moves faster.
— Mike Mearls (@mikemearls) February 9, 2016
@bthorne oh, and with kids I always watch out for frustration. worry about keeping things moving then following a script
— Mike Mearls (@mikemearls) February 9, 2016
@bthorne I’m expecting the RP to contain a lot of poop and fart jokes. so business as usual compared to an adult group?

What minions would you suggest for an imp?
@ChrisPerkinsDnD What minions would you suggest for an imp (former familiar) bent on revenge for the death of his mistress?
— Rhooja (@rhooja) January 29, 2016
Intelligent swarms of rats, ravens & spiders. Animated objects and scarecrows formerly under its mistress's control. https://t.co/qBnhd3GD16
