@anthon_noirerules for Player created spells are paramount to our gaming group. Will spell research rules (ala AD&D S&M) exist in 5e?
perhaps eventually, but such rules for players to use (as opposed to DMs) aren't something we have on the docket

@curbstompt13how do movement increasing effects specifically the Fleet of Foot racial and Mobility feat interact with wildshape and polymorph if I recall correctly, things that are flat bonuses add up. double only once, even if multiple things do it.
