yes, grappling is a melee attack and IIRC those have advantage vs. prone targets

@pukunui81The spell doesn’t actually say when the disease effects kick in. Doesn’t that count as “missing information”?
The spell says it obliquely—enough that some played it as intended when we did our analysis. Given the data now, I'd change it.
