Could use a recommendation for a source describing Elturel in detail before Descent. Do you know of any? 😇 There are some older products, but I think your best bet for the most "current" version of Elturel is the Sword Coast Adventurers Guide. What say you, @adamofadventure?

Not a lot of lore. 2E FR Adventures and Volo’s Guide to the Sword Coast had the most. 4E FR Campaign Guide has a blurb. I think of it as a burgeoning holy nation. There is the core old city that has new buildings with grander architecture that speaks to its ambitions.
