Crazy how most homebrew D&D adventures are literally an untested alpha. “I just wrote this, it’s only a bunch of notes, no one has ever played it, I hope it works.”
The fact that these things work AT ALL is a testament to the power of the DM to curate an experience on the fly. We should normalize running the same adventure over and over for many different players. It's a great way to polish something you made and make it more fun each time.

It's so much MORE fun to run an adventure you've run before, because you know it from real-world experience and that makes you more confident and frees you up to invent and be spontaneous, and the players have more fun as a result.
