Comment from discussion [Spoilers E106]Hi Matt! As an experienced DM with their own world, did you find it challenging writing a campaign book based on everything you have created? what kinds of challenges did you face that you were not expecting?
Big fan, and aspiring DM <3 -StormraughtIt was CERTAINLY a challenge! I had never attempted something like this before, so I was very worried it wouldn't hold up to the great content out there. Challenges would have included: 1) coming up with the lore of the world and writing it in a way that wasn't a jumbled mess so others could read and interpret it. 2) Deciding what to include and what not to (meaning saving elements for future books, or not rabbit-holing too much in certain locations). 3) Triple checking so many things to ensure consistency between events and locations. There are others, I'm sure! Tal'Dorei Campaign Setting AMA.
