I have a question about the Divine Herald rogue from Xan’s Lost Notes. The level 17 ability Last Rites says you can always sneak attack a creature below max HP, even with D/A. Does this also allow you to break the 1/turn rule on sneak attack, or just the requirements? The only rule Lasy Rites overrides is the one that disallows Sneak Attack if the attacker has Disadvantage.

IE. Ranged attacks with an enemy within 5ft, or a combatant who is prone, would normally give you Disadvantage in the roll, thus no Sneak Attack.
