Do any of your Forgotten Realms novels delve into fiendish law and/or contracts at all? No. Elminster In Hell touches on agreements between archdevils in the Nine Hells, and understandings between archdevils and deities outside the Hells, and there are unmentioned but obvious implications of agreements in other books, but nothing direct or explicit.
