Do Eberron Lightning Rail stations work in time zones?

I was just listening to an NPR article talking about how the train system pushed to establish time zones worldwide.
Do #Eberron Lightning Rail stations work in time zones? Are there multiple time zones in Khorvaire?
Would the standard be TMT Thronehold Mean Time? If you’d like! Personally, this is the sort of detail I generally don’t add in worldbuilding because it adds complication without adding much to story. When I think of the wizard about to cast Sending saying “Wait, what time is it where Bob is?” it seems more annoying than fun.
