How about for someone coming from marketing/events background? How do I get that initial foot-in-the-door opportunity to prove I can do it?
I'm no marketer. Start small: market a friend's project, promote something you're passionate about. Create an event at a con.— Adam Lee (@adamofadventure) June 21, 2017
To tell it truthfully, I would love to someday do something like what @ChrisPerkinsDnD does. But my resume is full of “Event Manager”Yeah! Get some pals and start streaming. Do your own cool D&D game 🙂 You can do it!
