Question Ed. Do you know why the Tanar’ri and Baatezu are an insane more experience than what is recorded in the DMG when creating experience for monsters? A damn Mane is 8000 when we calculated it at 1400? Just curious! Heh. No idea. I've never been on staff at TSR or Wizards, and they are the custodians of all the hard game mechanics. I tell stories and build worlds and try to make everything feel real while also bringing fresh ideas or twists. I leave numbers to those who understand them.
