For some the crafting rules in the DMG are enough, for some it lacks some crunch and/or something that makes a crafting char a bit more fun. Do you use the DMG crafting rules, or do you have some fun homebrew to share @mikemearls @JeremyECrawford ? Or anyone else?

When it comes to crafting, I take a mixed approach as DM, with three main ingredients:
• the rules in “Xanathar’s Guide to Everything”
• improvisation about the relevant NPCs, businesses, materials, etc.
• the players’ descriptions of what their characters are doing #DnD https://t.co/eL1vRT69XT— Jeremy Crawford (@JeremyECrawford) August 7, 2018
Does this mean they could have a creature familiar that they befriend in some way and a familiar with the spell find familiar?

The find familiar spell doesn't allow you to have more than one familiar. #DnD https://t.co/B56k6SFfBg
