does the gith ac bonus stack with unarmored defence or does it only effect the unarmored ac? or does it stack?

Does that mean you can’t get a +6 to Ac fro duel wielding rapiers, would it work for 2 different weapons, like rapier and scimitar What feature/item are you referring to?
