2 Qs: Does the PoL “worship” il-Yannah per say (or is it more an ideal)? How might Bahamut worship/Thir crop up in Korvaire?il-Yannah is an ideal; it will exist in the future, but doesn't exist in the present, as this is the age of il-Lashtavar.

Re: Thir, in what context? As a religion for humans, or encountered as a dragon faith?

This is for PCs who insist on worshiping Bahamut while playing in Eberron! xD Per Dragons of Eberron p29, "Humans, dwarves, and elves would sully the Dragon Gods with their prayers." So dragons would discourage it.

If players insist on doing it, then it's a personal religion – anything is possible in Eberron.

You could make it something like Vvaraak & the Druids, with a heretic dragon teaching the faith to humans. But dragons wouldn't approve.

As far as Thir is concerned, the Sovereigns are gods for humans; Bahamut governs dragons, and should be left to the dragons.

It's not great, because most serious questions are hard to answer in twitter-sized chunks.
