Does Zilargo have a navy? Like, an on the ocean one. "Navy" sounds so aggressive, and Zilargo doesn't DO aggressive. They have a robust merchant marine, and those ships happen to be highly maneuverable and armed with elemental weapons. The fact that would be a match for the navies of most nations is a coincidence.
