For years, I've kept my during-play DM notes in a single notebook. I have scribbles from my home game, Acquisitions Incorporated, convention games, and more all in one place. It's a gift that turns each session of D&D into a happy trip down memory lane. Recommended! #DnD

As DMs, I think we too often press ourselves to do more, more, more. But we're almost always doing more than enough. If the group had fun (including ourselves), we excelled.

How does it all fit!? I’m running a storm kings thunder game and I’ve already filled a 3rd of my notebook and the party hasn’t even met harshnag. When I'm preparing to run D&D (as I am at this moment), my notes go in OneNote on my computer. But while I'm running the game, my scribbles go in one notebook, which I use for every campaign and one-shot that I DM.
