For years of d&d I arrogantly refused to play in Forgotten Realms. 5E changed that for me, and I would like a recommendation on where to start, in novels, to honor your work and break my barriers and grow.May I impose as such?

To start: SPELLFIRE & SWORDS OF EVENINGSTAR by me, ELFSHADOW by Elaine Cunningham, and HOMELAND by Bob Salvatore. All have sequels if you like them. Then I'd probably jump to THE GOD CATCHER by Erin Evans and CITY OF THE DEAD by Rosemary Jones and DOWNSHADOW by Erik Scott de Bie.
