I’m need of assistance. From where a Tortle might hail in a Exandria/Tal’dorei campaign? I was thinking maybe some remote Island or Archipelago deep in the Ozmit… Sounds solid! Or Vesrah, or the coasts of the Rifenmist Jungle.
