how diverse cultures can meet in a space of shared passion to prove how few the differences were while celebrating those differences. It was a unique time in gaming that I sometimes think back on and wish it existed more in this time of online gameplay. (2/4)The social contracts, hazing, and the eventual destruction of self-imposed walls led to so many teaching rivalries & wonderful friendships. I feel so lucky to have been that right age at that right time, & I think on it often. (3/4)
