The Hall of the Kaliesh’erai stands in riven ruins, ever since the psionically-gifted creatures imprisoned there broke free, violently, during the Spellplague. Oh, one thing more: one of the psicrowns that was in the Hall was "twisted awake" during the Spellplague, and now flits about the ruins, "guarding" them (maliciously ambushing all sentients who venture too near).#Realmslore

I imagine the old families are rebuilding their ancestral home. Any word if many are relocating to Cormanthor? I don't know of any large migration, any whole families relocating, but individuals, yes. It comes down to…do you prefer isolation/seclusion? (If yes, stay in Evereska.)
