have you ever given though to what modern-ish materials Eberron might have? If its loosely supposed to have a 1920’s vibe to it… that could include rubber, elastic, and even early plastics like bakelite. Do you see those things as possibly existing? In terms of advancement, Eberron is closer to 1880 than 1920. We've never talked about a parallel to plastic, but there are substances in Eberron (densewood, bronzewood) that don't exist in our world. We have mentioned a concrete equivalent—quickstone? I'll need to track it down.
