Confessions of an #rpg designer: Having a job as a game designer is great, but it’s still a job. There are parts that are less fun than others, and some can get tedious. But being part of the job, you do it anyway. Finding the joy in all parts of the job is important. So true! There are some problems that are unique to or worse in creative fields, such as writer's block! When I was solely freelancing for myself, I could always just step away and come back later. But deadlines are deadlines, and some days you need to make them good words!
