Help! We’ve just spent 15 minutes heated debate about how to read percentile dice. It turns out we don’t all agree on how to get 100. Our overall decision was we just have to agree a way but is there a “right” way? General consensus is 2d10, double “0”s is a roll of 100. However, if you agree on something different before rolling, that works just as well
